This is actually a heartwarming story about being a good "Filial" daugheter in law. The grandmother was too old and could not eat, so she was dying. Rather than letting her waste away, the daughter in law feeds her from her own breast. It's like a biblical tale, but when it's done up in painted cement it just comes off a little strange.
